  We tend to go to Wendy's often as we travel alot with teenagers. Sometimes service is great but my last few experiences at Granville street Wendys in Summerside have not been good. One evening we waited in line for 20 minutes as there was only 5 of us it seemed kinda strange. The man and teens behind us left. Today I ordered poutine for my son. The whole bag of cheese curds was stuck in one big lump in the corner of the dish. Since I work at a restaurant that uses cheese curds on poutine I thought I would mention to the staff that they r supposed to be broken up and spread over the fries. Who I assume was the manager said no we can't touch them. I said break them in the package but he was very rude. I have no problems with Wendy's but I heard this guy talking to the staff and he was very very rude. I felt sorry for them upon leaving. It's not just about cheese curds. It's about treating your staff and customers with respect.

  Tired of paying over $2 for a pop and having it only filled 2/3 of the cup. Fill it up people! Takes only seconds to let the fizz go down. Handed back cup at drivethru to have them fill it. Other then that...always good service.
